Title: Fiscal Services Director

The Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance seeks a Director of Fiscal Services to oversee the fiscal operations of a five county workforce area with funding provided by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
Responsibilities: Supervise all financial transactions entered into by the Alliance in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and rules and regulations of funding sources. Review programmatic budget expenditures and perform fiscal monitoring for compliance of contracts and subcontractor agreements. Perform duties necessary to generate annual audit. Manage fiscal operations and procedures, provide budgetary control and management procurement. Supervise and prepare fiscal reports to agencies and county offices. Develop annual plan and budget and prepare modifications as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Business Administration, Management or related field. Three years experience in government, fund accounting, budgeting, fiscal management and supervisory experience.
Skills: Experience in accounting and knowledge of audit principles, knowledge of federal and State regulations pertaining to grant programs; ability to supervise and train staff; experience with computerized accounting software applications.
