Solid Waste Management Planning (SWAMP)

Description of Committee: The Solid Waste Management Planning shall be responsible for developing a solid waste management plan for Sangamon County in accordance with the directions of Illinois Public Act 85-1198.

Meeting Dates: The committee generally meets once a month on the second Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at the Sangamon County Department of Public Health & Community Services, located at 2833 S Grand Avenue East. However, this committee is currently meeting on an as needed basis. Please contact the County Board at 753-6650 to confirm meeting.
