In order to print the assessment complaint forms, you will be redirected to the Property Tax website. Once there, please enter a parcel number or search by address or owner’s name. This will allow you to identify the parcel for which you wish to file the complaint. After you have found the correct parcel, please click the drop down on the Action item and choose Assessment Complaint. To proceed with printing your Assessment Complaint Forms,
